The firm
An Abuja accounting practice since 1991.
We provide accounting, finance, audit, tax, business analytics and capacity development — delivered on current systems, from Abuja’s Central Business District.
Who we are
Get to know the practice
AIS Professional Services is an Abuja firm serving businesses that need accounts they can file, audits that hold, and tax work that keeps them on the right side of NRS and the states. We have done this since 1991.
Developing and delivering tactical and strategic solutions to meet a client’s business and finance need is the work. The method is unfashionable on purpose: a named engagement, a current file, and numbers a second pair of eyes can follow.
Sister organisations, including the Academy, sit alongside the practice for capacity development — training that is meant to leave the finance team stronger after we have gone.

How we work
Four things we will not trade away
Rigour
The file should survive a second pair of eyes. We would rather be late by a day than sloppy by a column.
Clarity
Boards do not need theatre. They need a position, a variance, and a sentence on what to do next.
Independence
Assurance only works if we can say no. We keep that line, including when it is inconvenient.
Usefulness
Analytics, tax and the close should change a decision. If they do not, we have not finished.
In the office
The practice, as it actually looks
The work is done in Abuja, with clients across the Federation. These are people from the practice — not a stock library.
The landscape we work in
Recognised against the Nigerian framework
We practise inside the rules that actually bind Nigerian companies — professional standards, tax, companies law and the agencies that administer them.
