Financial reporting in Abuja.

Statutory and management reports that give a true view of position and performance — without burying the point.

We work with chief executives, finance leads, controllers and treasurers to tighten the finance function and raise the quality of what it produces.

Boards, lenders and regulators in Nigeria do not want a slide. They want a set of numbers that can be walked through line by line. We prepare statutory financial statements and the management reports that sit beside them, so the same close supports the filing and the conversation in the room.

The work is done with finance teams in Abuja and across the Federation: the close calendar, the chart of accounts, treasury and working capital, and the quality of what leaves the controller’s desk. Day-to-day IFRS sits in this file. Full conversions — IFRS 18, S1 and S2 — are a separate implementation when the standard itself is changing.
